hi

can u please tell me what is the height of the working plane for the industrial building?

i am doing the lighting calculation for the industrial buildings..

for office area i have considered working plane height = 0.85m from the finished floor level but is it possible to increase working plane height up to 2m.

i want to know is it good to increase the working plane level?

Seriously? 2m is taller than 95% of the population, so how can anything that tall be considered a working plane?

We normally use 24 to 30 inches for industrial facilities with motors and other equipment.

Anything higher than about 1 meter would be very hard to justify.

We use 30 inches for offices. Desktop height. Even 0.85 meters seems ridiculous, let alone 2 meters.
