Please help me in understanding the below Lightning Protection calculation report.
I can able to understand that they used Mesh method / Rolling Sphere methods, the radius is 20m, Lightning Rod Material is Copper.
What are the natural component (Allows Puncture) and natural component (Prevents Puncture)?
What does it mean lateral terminal for structure >45m with Top 20%?

This looks like it might be a report based on an IEC standard. The answer is likely in the underlying standard.
I am more familiar with NFPA 780 Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems

3.15 natural component of LPS
conductive component installed not specifically for lightning protection which can be used in addition to the LPS or in some cases could provide the function of one or more parts of the LPS
lightning protection system LPS
complete system used to reduce physical damage due to lightning flashes to a structure
NOTE Examples of the use of this term include:
-natural air-terminals
-natural down-conductors
-natural earthing electrodes
