LIN BUS Signal Initial Values

I am using a PEAK-Systems PLIN-USB device to control a APGRD004 LED module. I'm able to control the LED manually using separate frames, however I would like to use a schedule table to control the device. I have tried to apply initial values to the signals in the LDF file, but they default to 0 when opening the program. Would someone have any advice to define the initial values? I've attached the LDF for reference.
