1E1A, it seems a fire water sistem, flange rating shall be 150#, 106 Gr b material, but it is just a feeling...Because you should know exactly what you are asking.

This looks like a project specific line number.

You need to find the line list or piping specification.

IMO,if there is no any info on the dwg legend section , there must be a job specific separate sheet for line numbering system.

Pls look to the SAES L 132 (Material Selection for Piping Systems )

The diameter 2'' and service FW ,in case of sea water and aboveground piping, the piping material 90-10 Cu-Ni or 254 SMO S/S depending on the fluid velocity.

..And the relevant piping class 1SY0W as per SAES L 105

Will you pls post the relevant dwg to get better responds?

Dear All,

Actually I want to know what will be the flange type for line IEIA.
With the reference to SAES-L-105, we can find the flange type ie. RF or FF.
Does anyone know?

Saes l 150 is not am international spec, but a company one.

If you want anyone to judge you need to post a copy.

I think most engineers here do, yes. What do you need to know?

I am not aware of any international / standard driven piping specification.

These are usually company specific, like Saudi Aramco, Exxon etc or project driven specifications coming form the large design houses.

The piping spec IEIA will tell you.

Do you have this or do you want someone to provide it to you?
