I have a pneumatic application that needs a proportional control valve, but my input for controlling the valve needs to be a linearly moving rod. I am trying to reduce the complexity of the mechanism required to go from a manual linear input to controlling the flow through a valve. It also needs to have a spring-return. The closest thing I have found to what I am looking for is this lever proportioning valve, or these push button valves (but they are on/off, not proportional). I am new to pneumatics and I am wondering if I am missing any obvious solutions that would achieve this.
