The lineweight is adjustable @ Tools\Options\Document Properties\Line Font - Only in Drawings
The Text is adjustable @ Tools\Options\Document Properties\Detailing\Annotations Font
You can also adjust lineweight before printing - File\Print - System options - Line Weights
