link text field in SW2011 to BOM item

Hello,

I have a text field in SW2011 and I want to link it to a part in the BOM. I want this field to display the ITEM NO this part is assigned to in the BOM. When the BOM is updated, I want this field to update.

I am importing a 2D AutoCAD drawing of a hydraulic circuit into a SW sheet and I want to link these fields.

Any suggestions?

Instead of note, use balloon without leader with property assigned to item number.
