Linked Notes Across Sheets

We need to link a note in each of our sheet formats of a multi-sheet drawing to a configuration specific property of the model referenced in Drawing View 1. Not a problem in Sheet 1, but in all subsequent sheets Drawing View 1 is not available. Any ideas?

Turn your linked note into a Block. In SW03 the block properties will allow you to insert the same block on different sheets. When you change the Block contents, all the instances will update accordingly.
