liquid chlorine transfer

In our caustic chlorine plant we are facing problem of liquid chlorine transferring from liquifier to storage tank. liquid chlorine is going through sniff t o hcl plant. so we have been forced to vent some chlorine to hypo. any suggestions.

'facing problem' is not very informative. If you hope to get some help, you're going to have to be much more explicit in your system and the problems you are having.
