I have seen many Therminol or Dowtherm liquid systems use a delta P control loop in parallel with their individual 'circuits', with manual valves and local temperature gauges on each circuit. The delta P control does just that; provides consistent pressure across all circuits. The manual valves are adjusted to suit using the TIs. From the standpoint of maintenance, installed cost, and control under varying process conditions, what other, preferrably 'better' methods are 'out there' to provide temperature control for each of the multiple circuits?

Thanks

put a temp controller on each circuit and a minimum flow bypass to recirculate as needed. It'll save money on fuel this way.
