Liquid Latex Tyre Sealent - Supplier Info

Can any one help me regarding tyre sealant. The kind you usually find in an aerosol can.

I have found references that state it is liquid latex and would like to speak to a supplier of the latex, not the supplier of the aerosols.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

This type of tyre sealant is sold in the U.K. as Holt's Tyre Weld. Apparently it is made by AlliedSignal Consumer Products, a division of AlliedSignal, a US government military contractor.

A google search (google.co.uk) with 'tyre weld' as the search time brought up plenty of references.
