Please share the air emisssion calculation methodology for the liquid waste flaring in petroleum refinery

I don't recall flaring any liquid waste. Light liquid waste accumulated in the flare knock-out drum and was recycled to a tower. Only in very upset conditions would any liquid make it up the flare stack. Perhaps plants with ground flares burn a significant amount of liquid.
