Literature for fuel measurement mehtods

Hi, I don't know how to start a thread in this forum. My name is Mischa and I'm from Germany. I will start working in the US in a couple of weeks. My project will be fuel measurement methods of the manifold injection. My question:

Could anyone give me some advice, how to find, order, buy ... literature on this topic?? (please don't tell me Amazon or BooksOnline or stuff like this)
I thought about University Libraries ...

If you do know good books, SAE papers or publications on this topic, I would appreciate it!

You might try looking for any papers or similar from A V List of Austria (AVL), they developed many fuel flow measurement techniques.
There's also the Bosch Automotive Handbooks, I imagine that there will be something in them.
