Live Line operations

I plan to replace an armored cable on a line active circuit. In other words, the actual 3x 95 mm sq. is not able to transfer all the power of a 200k VA UPS to the main DB, and should be substitute with one of larger size, but without interrupting the power supply because downstream there is a TV Broadcast Services without redundant power supply. I need help from lexical to live-line control, any suggestions?

That's what 2:00 in the morning is for. Keeping a TV station on line can't be worth risking people's lives.
