Live Load Reduction CSI SAFE and ETABS

I have applied live load reduction during the design of the structural members such as columns and shear walls in ETABS. However, I would like to know how to determine the support reactions for these reduced live loads to determine the number of piles required. It is possible to obtain that from ETABS? If not, how do I determine the pile numbers for the reduced live loads and design a foundation for the reduced live loads? Also, Can anybody tell me how to apply live load reduction for the design of foundation in CSI SAFE? Please help and thanks in advance.
