Live Load Reduction Formula for Steel Pick Up Beam 1

I have a steel beam which carries 3 stories of wood framing and a metal deck with a concrete slab. The wood walls are load bearing for a residential condo. What is the live reduction allowed in this case using IBC 2006 for the steel beam. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Look in ASCE 7-05, Sections 4.8 (floors) and 4.9 (roofs).

If you have snow on the roof, I would not reduce that since it is a uniform that is global to the structure, not like a floor live load.
