LNG at -196°C cryogenic

Hello,

Looking for best material for a check valve for cryogenic application on LNG at -196°C

Is ASTM A351 CF3 better than A351 CF3M ?

Normally 304L type stainless steel would be specified.

 

[EdStainless]

No corrosion issues, so no reason to up the alloy content CF3 should work fine.
It should be solution annealed, some casting specs don't require this.
