load calculation spreadsheets?

i belive this question had been asked before on this forum, but the posts are quite dated...
does anyone know any good provider for excel spreadsheet type software to calculate heat, cooling loads and water piping loads?

i found these guys hvac-academy.com, does anyone know if their software is useful?

I have done my own spreadsheets for RTS cooling load calc method but they are a mess lol

I don't know about commercial spreadsheets but software such as HAP, Trace, HVAC Explorer works well.
