b=350mm
d = 450mm
number of bars = 5
dia of bars = 12mm
Fck = 25
Fy = 415
Ast = 565.56
l(length) = 4.5m

Xu = (0.87 x Fy x Ast)/(0.36 x Fck x b)
Xu = 64.82 mm

Xumax = 0.48(d)
Xumax = 216mm

Xu < Xumax = Under reinforced

Mu = 0.87 x Fy x Ast (d - (0.42 x Xu))
Mu = 86.329 KN/m

BM = Wu(l x l)/8

Wu = Mu(8)/(lxl)
Wu = 34.105 KN/m

W = Wu/1.5
Safe Load = 22.74 KN/m

Your units for moment are wrong, should be kN-m. If this is indeed homework then there goes some points. You also never specified a cover requirement, so back checking your work is guesswork at most.

You neglected to specify a code that you are using. The procedure for analyzing concrete beams differs from code to code, although not by very much. This will change answers slightly.
