Could someone please tell me what should the load cases be for tank settlement check in caesar ? Kindly correct me if I am wrong :

L1 = W+T1+P1+D1 ( Normal operating case )
L2 = W+T1+P1+D1-D2 ( Tank settlement case )
L3 = W+P1 ( Sustained case )
L4 = L1-L3 ( Expansion case for T1 )
L5 = L2-L3 ( Expansion case for tank settlement )
L6 = L1-L2 ( complete Expansion range betn T1 and settlement )

D1 is thermal displacement of nozzle
D2 is tank settlement

Thanks in advance

This looks ok, but why the "-D2"? Normally in "D2" you would specify the "Dy= -x.xx", so then using "+D2" in the load case would displace the affected node in the "Dy" direction a "negative x.xx" distance.

Just make sure you have your signs correct.
