I designed a force sensor using strain gauges to measure the force components in two directions. The forces creates compression and tension in x-direction while creates compression only in z-direction. I am looking for a commercial load cell amplifiers which has low pass filter (about 20Hz) and it can amplifier both compression and tension for one of them while only compression for the other. Could you please suggest a commercial amplifier that I can buy it with reasonable price.
Thanks in advance

I am looking for a website or company as the university doesn't buy products from ebay

I see, another establishment with a moronic policy.

Well, have you looked at eBay anyway?? With a hundred offerings I see many makes and models that you can then over-pay for elsewhere. Just search the model numbers and you'll see the retail sites.

Not too moronic, Keith. The immediate question of saving money makes you think of e-bay as economical, but...
Consider how easy it would be to abuse a system that allows any professor, staff, or researcher to tell the organization to buy stuff from e-bay.

Granted Spar, but I believe a rational purchasing policy could be implemented to prevent abuse. I bet there are a lot of researchers who could effectively extend their monies via ePay et. al. Certainly some things should NOT be purchased via the place but many others probably could be.
