load transient specification for the airplane electrice power system

I am looking for some information about the load transient specification for the airplane electrice power system. For example, how fast will the load change from no load to full load, or from full load to no load. In another word, what is the slew rate of the load change?
Is this kind of information included in the RTCA/DO-160D? If not, does anybody know where can I find this kind of specifications. Thank you.
