Hello, I am a new user and I try to modelise a soil

Law: "CLAY PLASTICITY", "DENSITY", "POUROUS ELASTIC" and "PERMEABILITY". The aim of my job is to modelise consolidation.

My units are : m, kN, days

My problem:
I can not find the same results if i use the load type "GRAV" or "BZ" to represent the gravity.

I assume there is a difference between these two cases:
for the load "GRAV" the stress are defined "total"
Futhermore, the pore pressure are hydrostatic and I define my initial conditions type "STRESS,GEOSTATIC" with total stress

for the load "BZ", i use a effectif formulation of the stress and the pore pressure are define in excess.

The result with the load "BZ" are assumed to be good, but I use the "GRAV" formulation the results appear wrong.

Somebody knows the solution?
Thanks in advance for your help

An easy way to check your answer is to look at the total of the reaction force in the direction that gravity acts. This should be the same as the mass of your whole model x 9.81 m/s^2.
