Loading bay sealants: which one to choose?

Hi everyone, I hope I'm in the right section for my question.

I would like to better understand how to choose the right sealant when designing a loading bay, as there are several types (for example these). Are there specific parameters to take into account, or is it enough to rely on the sector and the type of vehicles used?
