Who can help me with some location factors and or manhour cost for those countries?

- Hungary: The eastern part of the country, where costs are lower than in the west
- Estonia (Tallinn)

The UK-based Process Engineering journal ( publishes plant cost indices for a range of countries. These are the most recent figures that I have (July 2004, so in need of an update!):
(2000 average = 100)
UK, 117.0
Australia, 114.4
Austria, 110.1
Belgium, 111.2
Canada, 112.3
Czech Republic, 124.0
Denmark, 113.6
Finland, 114.8
France, 114.3
Germany, 109.0
Hungary, 149.3
Italy, 110.8
Japan, 94.9
Mexico, 112.4
Netherlands, 112.2
Spain, 109.0
Sweden, 107.5
USA, 112.3

I’m not certain of the relativity of the indices from country to country, however it gives you an indication of where costs are rising rapidly (former Eastern Bloc) and falling (Japan).
