Location factors

Hi all,

I am looking for location factors to build a pharma plant in the folowing places.

Who can help me with some location factors and or manhour cost for those countries?

- Denmark
- India: Bangalore
- China: Tianjin
- Singapore
- Hungary: The eastern part of the country, where costs are lower than in the west
- Estonia (Tallinn)
- Lithuania (Vilnius/Kaunas/Siauliai)

Who can help me with this question??

The UK-based Process Engineering journal (

publishes plant cost indices for a range of countries. These are the most recent figures that I have (July 2004, so in need of an update!):

I’m not certain of the relativity of the indices from country to country, however it gives you an indication of where costs are rising rapidly (former Eastern Bloc) and falling (Japan).
