Hi All,

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the location of the leader line at the text box. Currently, it snaps to either top left or top right corner of the text box.

Here is what I do:
- I have my drawing standard set to ANSI.
- I insert Text with multiple lines in it (say 3 or so)
- now I right-click and select Add Leader. Once I specify the anchor point, it snaps the other end of the leader to either left or right top corner of the text box.

In my case, I'd like to have it snap to the middle of the text box.

I have looked throught the drawing standards options but could not find anything that would control that...

Any pointers, suggestions greatly appreciated.

Best regards

The anchor points on the text box are only pickable when a frame is applied to it (in Standard Behaviour).

As a work-around I could:
- duplicate the text
- apply a frame to original
- position the Leader in the mid left/right location
- superimpose the copied text over original and create a Positional link.
- use Hide Value on the text display of Original

I think this should work for me and I just wanted to share.

If anyone has any other suggestions/pointers please advise.
