For the increased safety motor (type "EExe"), the temperaturse rise of both the stator and the rotor shall be measured during a locked rotor test. Shall I consider the temperatures reached when the power is shut down (after tE seconds) or shall I take into consideration the termal inertia and wait for the temperatures to reach their maximum values, several seconds after the end of the test?
