Locking section view lines in place

Hello all,
After creating a section view on a drawing, through the center of a drilled hole for example, it is not locked in place. If I go to the model and move the hole the section view on the drawing does not move with the hole. Is there a way to keep section views associated with features on drawings without adding dimensions to them?

Yes. Sketch your section line before activating the section view tool. Constrain the sketch line as you would any sketch. If needed, add a point concentric to the hole and then make the line coincident to it. Then, select your section line and click the button to create the section view. After creation, you can RMB on a section line and choose "Edit Sketch" to add constraints.
