Does anyone know of a reference that has design guidance for long concrete tanks?

PCA's "Rectangular Concrete Tanks" only goes up to a b/a (length/wall height) of 4.0.

Or should any wall with a b/a > 4 be designed as a canteliver?

Thanks,

For "out-of-range" ratios, design as a cantilever, supported at the base slab. Add reinforcing at all corners using what's required using the maximum length to wall height.
