I am looking water re-circulating pump for a consumer product in a cold (around 0 degrees) environment.
Pump specs are as follows:
(1) Flow rate: 1 to 5 GPM @ 1 to 2 feet of head
(2) Electric : 1 Phase 2 Pole-Continuous duty, 120 V, 60 HZ
(3) Operation Environment : 0 to 25 degrees centigrade,
100 % humidity
(4) Magnetic pump or magnetically driven pump
(5) Parts must be U.L recognized or NSF approvable
(6) prefers totally enclosed pump
(7) Bi-directional preferred

I would appreciate, if anybody can tell me where I can find such a pump. Any pointers in this direction, will also be appreciated.

Thanks.

I'd check around and see if anyone you know has a subscription to Chemical Engineering Magazine. They publish a yearly buyer's guide, the 2003 copy has about 50 magnetic drive pump vendors listed.

Look at March Manufacturing or Little Giant Pump. Not sure what they have that would fit your requirements but they have a wide variety of mag drive pumps. A google search should bring up their sites. I don't have them handy.

I recommend Little Giant Pump and it has a wide variety of water pond pumps, you can get it in Lowe. I have one with 5 gpm/300 gph with a head of 5 ft three years ago and is still running.
