Looking for a reference for impeller power draw

Hi, 2 year chem eng student here trying to complete a design project. I am working on Power Draw for multiple impellers within a bioreactor and found a useful equation posted by @pierreick on a thread from a few years ago. However, I cannot find a suitable reference for this online, nor can I locate the reference provided by pierreick: Design Guide for Impeller Power Number by M.H. Palmer. If anyone could help me find this reference or another like it I'd be grateful.
