Hi all,

I have to find a valve test bench for hydraulic testing.
Valves connection : flanged.
Valve type : ball, globe, butterfly, gate.
Some cases require tests at 1040 bar (14500 psi) !
This rig shall test 3 valves at the same time with differents pressures.
Unilateral clamping is foreseen.

It seems to be unusual to reach this pressure for some suppliers.

Is someone can give me some addresses ?

Many thanks in advance.

Don't know if they can help but you can try
Delucatest.com
They build custom test stands for different
types of Pressure Relief and Safety Valves.
Can't hurt to try them.
Ask for Alton Cox

You could try a UK company called Reliant Design Development Ltd.

Address : 60 Woolmer Way, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9QF.

Telephone : 44 1420 478341

Website :
Ask for Mr Sam Edwards or Mr John Hodgson.

They have the capabilities to design specific test equipment to suit your requirements.
