Looking for companies that build wind tunnels 1

I work in the area of wind turbine blade research. Our research group is in the Western New York area. We are making plans to install a boundary layer wind tunnel. This would be an open loop system with a maximum speed of 25 m/s through a test area around 1 m x 1 m. We are currently putting together a list of the potential vendors that could supply a tunnel. If anyone has any suggestions for wind tunnel manufacturers, I would appreciate it if you could you please let me know.

I'd suggest asking schools that want to get rid of one. Call SAIT. They have approx. 0.4m x 0.4m that could be picked up on the cheap.
