I'm looking for a cooling unit, portable if possible that can cool around -80 to 90 C. It would be ideal if there are two sources for airflow, one line will be directly connected to the electronics and other will be connected to an enclosure that contains the entire unit. I would need to be able to control flow rate. I was looking at LN2 and helium, any ideas? thanks

you couldn't afford He, take that off the plate. The list of refrigerants are: R744A (N20), R23 CHF3, and finally N2. what you need to know is how many BTU's per hour so you see if you can just use a flask of LIN and not worry about venting the N2 If you use LIN or any of the refrigerants, be aware of leaks, they will kill you.
