looking for dimensions

trying to produce a bone screw thread, thread call out is ansi-f-543-98 self taping screw,
looking for maj.,minor. root dia. and so on.
can anyone help?

Dimensions alone aren't going to be enough for this. You need the whole spec. It can be downloaded (for $35) at
