We make various trays that pass multiple times thru our reflow ovens (240°C max). In the past we have been using FR4 but would like to switch to something that is ESD safe. I have found a material called Glastic CBC but it does not come in 1/16” sheets. Can you folks recommend other alternatives?
thanks

A week and no replies. Might pay to red flag and put in one of the plastics forums where they deal extensively with fillers (one of 'Polymer engineering', '-Plastics Engineering', 'Plastic design/tooling engineering' might do). I believe something conductive and fairly normal like carbon black is usual but have no relevant experience.

NB: I thought G10 FR4 has a nominal use temperature of 285°F/140°C? It might survive some spikes to 240°C but any load will deform it significantly, even a bit of self weight should do so; is your application very, very unloaded? Might pay to mention that.
