Looking for FAA Tom Swift paper 4

I am looking for a copy of the Tom Swift paper dealing with fastener load distribution, entitled "Repairs to Damage Tolerant Aircraft". This was addressed in previous thread 2-73704.

Can anyone help here ?

The link in the thread 2-73704 doesn't seem to work anymore. I have taken the liberty of putting it on our ftp site at ftp://ftp.apesolutions.com/pub. go there, right click on FAA-AIR-90-01.pdf, save to your computer. It's a little bigger than 2.5 MB.
