Looking for glass lacquer

Hi there,

I have been looking for a kind of glass lacquer, which can be spayed onto glass to make it just look like semi-transparent sand-blasted or etched glass. (Not the frosted look, which is too white.) Does anyone know which manufacturers can make it? And what are the possible composition of the system as you can tell?
