Hello ALL,

I am currently looking for pneumatic clamp standards used by the OEMs for the NA market. Also, I am redesigning a new versatile clamp capable of having interchangeable heads. Does anyone have any info on current problems with existing clamps?

You can look at the "NAMMS" standards. This is a group the sets tooling component standards for the automotive industry. Currently there are a few standards for clamps. However, each OEM makes major changes so most product is customized to their specifics. This makes product development difficult because each new car production line gets new specs.

Good luck
