Looking for rolling mill

Hi All - we're on the hunt for a hot rolling mill to roll some material for us on a fairly regular basis. Need to be at least 12" wide. The sticking point is that we need to be be able to slow the mill speed down - we're finding this isn't a common feature that people have.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
