Hi all,
I'm looking for possible applications for a new kind of rotary drive we are developing.
The drive has advantages when applied to rotating machinery which require low-speed/high-torque, high frequency/accuracy stop/start movements, forward/reverse/brake action etc.
However, the drive is much more suited to applications which require lots of stop/start, high accuracy movements rather than continuous rotation drives.
The kind of size I am talking about is comparable with Hagglunds hydraulic motors, which are used on cement rotary kiln drives, reclaimer bucket drives, feeder drives etc..
I believe there are many different kinds of machines in various industries which require the described drive qualities.
However, I am having trouble finding exact machines/applications which may be suitable for us.
Any help in directing us to potential applications would be gratefully received.
