Looking for solid models of head-middle ear

Hello,
I am looking for good quality computer models of the skull, middle ear or temporal region. The files would ultimately be converted for use in SolidWorks or Pro/E CADD software.
I have scoured the web with little success, maybe this forum will produce some positive leads.
