I know this might not be the best place to post but I can't think of where else to do it.
I'm looking for some form of anti-microbial grease or paste to use in the door gaskets at a winery, we're having problems with film yeast and bacteria growing in these pockets and keeping them clean is a chore and a pain. Is there anything I could use to coat or fill in these spaces with that is an anti-microbial agent? I know of those "sterile" plastics that kill by creating an electrostatic charge that lyses cells, but I don't know if I could use that
any suggestions?
