Hello,

I'm not sure about what you're really look after, but if you want to acoustically isolate pipes, you can use common mineral / glass wool cintered in a aluminium / steel sheet with tickness of 0,5 - 0,7mm. Any insulation contractor can do it for you. But be sure at first that this is the right treatment for your noise problem.

Manil - if you use insulation and outer jacket, band the outer jacket to hold it. The issulation is the "spring" and the outer jacket is the mass that will short-circuit if it is tied to the pipe. Thus do not tie the outer jacket to the pipe. One supplier of removable blankets for odd shapes and elbows with an integral, coated, fibreglas cloth, outer layer that we use in the USA is Ohio Valley. A mass loaded barrier can be included to increase noise reduction:
