Looking For Texaco Quenchtex or Shell Voluta Quench Oil 1

I am having a difficult time finding sources or vendors who sale Texaco Quenchtex or Shell Voluta Quench oils. I have called Texaco corporate to get the usual automated phone run around. No luck with Shell either. I am simply looking for a vendor who has one of the two so I can get a quote and make a purchase.
