I need to place a metal cylinder (1" dia x 10" long) insider another metal cylinder. I am looking for a rigid, thermally conductive material to fill the gap. I found boron nitride filled epoxy is the best among epoxies. Can I buy this epoxy and add additional metal particles for even better heat conduction?

Why not weld or braze the joint?

Does it need to be electrically insulating? If not, then metal-filled epoxies should work better than the BN filled epoxy. Talk to
