Howdy all,

I'm looking for Air Force Technical Order Air Force TO 1-1-690 General Advanced Composite Repair Process. This is referenced in MIL-HDBK-17-3F Section 8.3.4.4.5 bonded repair examples. Could anyone point me to a source for this?

Thanks,

-Kirby

T.O. 1-1-690 is a 'not-for-general-release T.O.' managed out of Hill AFB.

IF You have a formal need for it, for a USAF contract, then You should be able to get a copy/electronic subscription thru contracting office.

Here is the 'up-front' warning page [yes, I have access to latest version: it is a very well written and highly useful document]...

Wil,

I was expecting something like that. I think complying with the distribution requirements would not be a problem, but I don't have a formal need. I was just looking for sources of information to learn better analysis techniques for composite repairs, which are not my strong suit. I saw the reference in the MIL handbook and wanted to dig deeper.

Thanks,
