LOOKING FOR A GOOD VOLTAGE TO FREQUENCY CONVERTER SCHEMATIC USING A LM331 CONVERTER AND A DUEL FLIPFLOP.

Why are you not going to the National web site and looking at the LM331 data sheet? It has several!

This is a strange question. Why do you think you need the dual flip flop.


There is a circuit directly on the National product page, let alone going into the data sheet. Do you need the flip flop to guarantee a square wave, for example. If so then wire it as a divide by two (D-type flip-flop with Q(bar) connected to D; drive clk from the LM331).
