Looking to print blue prints

Hello all,

I need help with what I'd like to do. I am doing construction estimates and can d/l blueprint plans on-line with the capablity of printing them out on a "plotter" I'm told. Can anyone fill me in on what type I should look at. I'm trying to keep it under $700.00. I do not need color.
