LOOKING TO RECYCLE OTR OVERSIZED TIRES

We are looking for a system or process to recycle giant tires specially by water jet hight pressure like 2800 bars.

Any experience, process, installation, will be wellcomed

Special equipment for cutting these tires can be considered, like hydraulic cutters ans so on

Do google search for 'crumb rubber'. Or call DOT's that might use shredded tires in areas of high water table. They have used them for subbase for roads.
